Why not just {ghu'} or {wanI'} for {beppu'ghach}? Or even {bep vay' 'e'
vIqon}. Picard says "it" will be noted in my log, not "your complaint"
will be noted in my log. I interpret that to mean he'll record the fact
that someone objected, not (directly) the objection itself.

We have {ghu' Dachupbogh} for "your proposal" (paq'batlh p.144), so why not
{ghu' poQlu'bogh} for "orders", or {ghu''e' poQbogh ra'wI'ma'} for "our
orders"? Just trying to avoid {-ghach} here.

There's {may' yIghuH} from Star Trek III, which I think is the native
Klingon way of saying "all hands to battle stations".
