[Tlhingan-hol] Missing content in digest mails? (pure HTML mails perhaps?)

My experience is that some messages are not archived, while others are archived but not sent (digest mail).
Some contain  just the (forbidden) link to an attachment.

(Hm. Sending HTML now. Curious as to what will happen.)

Great, my messages seem to not be being archived.

Is this only an archive problem? Or are people receiving garbled text as well?

Is there any way to update the list to accept the messages as is?

I can see the message on the website, but it's garbled, seems as if they only send HTML emails? (Which then aren't displayed properly because all the tags are escaped and thus displayed as if they were text.)
Why is the attachment not accessible? I get a 403 message trying to view it.
