[Tlhingan-hol] Missing content in digest mails? (pure HTML mails perhaps?)

This was supposed to mean:

Where's the message?
It happens again and again.
Many messages, (from) many (different) people.

I can see the message on the website, but it's garbled, seems as if they only send HTML emails? (Which then aren't displayed properly because all the tags are escaped and thus displayed as if they were text.)
Why is the attachment not accessible? I get a 403 message trying to view it.
