It's complicated. The Georgian word /mona/ is usually translated "slave" but the /q'ma/, or "knight", is a vassal of his lord and therefore technically a slave as well. (Damn feudalism. Pretty much everyone who's not a lord or king is in practice a type of slave.) I did have doubts about whether to use -'a', and toy'wI''a' would probably work fine too.
