There of course is the (excellent) Klingon translation of the Dao De Jing, by Agnieszka Solska, which I also have in my "library", which could count as religious or at least highly philosophical work.

The Qur'an (the word already looks Klingon, doesn't it?!) would be a logical choice. I always had the impression that it's more difficult to translate than the Bible.

King James translation of The Bible.

According to my records, we have:

Old Testament:
Ruth 1
Ester 1
Job 13:14
Psalms 1, 34, 117, 122,
Jonah 1-4

New Testament:
Mark - Complete book
John 3:16


Not complete by any stretch.

I've also translated a few chapters in The Book of Mormon, but I don't
have those notes on me right now.

Have any other religious text been attempted?
