[Tlhingan-hol] {Hotlh} and {ghoS}

This is not a word I've ever seen, so I can't tell you what it would serve for. Being polysyllabic and following Klingon phoneme combination rules, I'm guessing that it's a noun. Care to cite a source and a definition?
