[Tlhingan-hol] Festivus?

I was in an air traffic control facility recently and their seasonal 
decorations included a Festivus pole, with a few grievances aired on 
it via sticky notes.

I would simply refer to it as yupma'. Festivus is pretty darned generic.

Also, where does QISmaS originate?
