<p>When Okrand gave a talk about Klingon here in Leipzig, some years ago, he mentioned that example of Ha'DIbaH being dubbed over "animal". So yes, that's certain.</p>

Not quite everything. For instance, {wej...wej} was clearly spoken as<br>
"wait, wait", and {Ha'DIbaH} can't be anything but a<br>
mouth-movement-fit for "animal". But most of his Klingon lines were<br>
indeed spoken in Klingon on the set (with Okrand there to commend his<br>
pronunciation).<br>
