Personally, I'd interpret «lughwI' yIwIv» as "Choose the person who is right", as I know only of canonical sentences where «lugh» is used to describe people, not facts or statements.
That is, we have sentences such as «bIlughbe'» and «reH lugh charghwI'«, but not *lugh mu'tlheghvetlh* or *lugh lut Daja'bogh*. We do, however, have «qar» and «teH» for those concepts.

So, if you do want to use the word «lugh», then perhaps «bIlugh 'e' yIwIv!» would would work?
Otherwise, ghob and batlh bost make sense to me.
