[Tlhingan-hol] fluency

There’s no real definition of fluency.  No one speaks it flawlessly with 100% vocabulary recall, and no hesitations or grammatical errors, but there are maybe fifteen people receiving this message who can converse understandably for as long as you like on pretty much any subject.
