[N.B. SkyBox card 33 reads {vI'} but it seems likely Okrand's eye
 slipped down a line when   looking up "mark" in the Addendum:

		marksmanship, sharpshooting (n)		{vI'}

 They are listed right next to each other (TKD p.189).]


N.B. {vI'} is not the same as {DoD} "mark", the separator between the two parts of a coordinate bearing or heading which is commonly used on the KLI list between parts of TKD section numbers.  Note that it's being used as a separator, not a decimal point.  

(ghunchu'wI'): {vI'} is specifically "decimal point". The dot in "TKD 3.3.5" is merely a separator; I think {DoD} is more appropriate here (even if it might be a colloquialism).
