The hotel reservation page is available at http://hamptoninn.hilton.com/en/hp/groups/personalized/C/CHIAPHX-KXX-20160720/ (or tinyurl.com/qepa23hotel if you're going to have to type it in). The rooms are $119 per night for either a King room or room with 2 Double beds and rooms can be shared (if you want to share, perhaps post here that you are looking for a roommate). They have set aside a certain number of rooms for us and once they are gone there is no guarantee of price or availability, so please reserve as soon as you are sure you are going. Please note that the page assumes you will be arriving Wednesday, July 20th and leaving Sunday, July 24, but you can change the dates if you won't be there for the entire event.

The details are official and registration is open, though the hotel is still working on our reservation website.  It's the same hotel as last year and the same weekend as last year.
