thank you Jeremy and SuStel for taking the time to reply.

yes indeed ! actually I remembered something lojmIt tI'wI' nuv had
written way back (if I remember correctly).. He had write that a SAO
is actually or could be actually written as :

{yadda yadda yadda. 'e' yadda}

for example:
qunnoq hates dogs. we all know that.

way back, when I had first read of this kind of SAO interpretation, I
chose to forget it in order to avoid confusing myself. but now, in the
light of QISta's original sentence, which was the source of my
confusion, I chose to allow this alternate SAO interpretation to
resurface in mind, in order to clear up the confusion. and indeed it
did. because if one reads from left to right, and he reads the subject
of the first sentence and then sees the period, and after that the
{'e'} and the second sentence which has the same subject as the first
sentence, and he knows that the alternate version of SAO is {yadda
yadda yadda. 'e' yadda}, then the confusion is avoided.

SuStel:

this confused me ; {neH} doesn't usually use {'e'} or {net}, or
doesn't always use {'e'} or {net} ? I thought that it was wrong to use
{'e'} or {net}, with {neH}.
