[Tlhingan-hol] KLBC: What keeps you motivated?

Why am I motivated.. because of many reasons..

1. Because I have fallen in love with klingon.. and as it happens when
you just can't get enough of a person you love, I just can't get
enough of klingon.
2. Because I feel that klingon has an aggressive look and sound, which
expresses my equally aggressive character. The more I learn, the more
I feel it expresses my personality.
3. Because I owe it to all the sons of ***, who look down on us,
because of our choice to learn a star trek language, to be the best
that I can.
4. Because I love cursing in klingon.
5. Because I want to have the ability to hide things in plain sight.
6. Because I WILL NOT (sound of fist striking the table..) give the
satisfaction of quitting, to those who want me to quit.
7. Because I said when I came here, that I WILL learn klingon, and I meant it.
8. Because the harder it gets, the more pissed I become and unwilling to quit.
9. Because I admire the skill of people as Qov, SuStel, lojmIt
tI'wI'nuv and I won't stop, unless I acquire it too.
10. Because I see it as an ultimate tribute to star trek, a series
which was my only companion in difficult times in my life.
11. Because if I ever learn, I want to help others learn too, thus
contributing to the continuation of klingon.

..but most of all

12. Because I realize that many people took the time to teach me and
help me learn, and therefore I feel that I have now the obligation to
be the best that I can, so that the time they dedicated to teaching
me, will not have been in vain.
