[Tlhingan-hol] What If ...?

This one's lighter in tone than usual. Someone asked me this a few days back.
What if real Klingons turned up, and (a) their language was completely different to Marc Okrand's, or (b) they all spoke Okrandian Klingon - and we here on this list knew their language and psychology better than they did?
I mean, apart from the fact that CBS' agents would be flocking around them, desperate to hire them for their latest show ...
