Yes, I know the Klingon Dictionary was last published in 1992 (after the first edition was published in the eighties). I imagine an update will come eventually, though.

I do understand what you mean by this. In Steven Pinker's _The Language Instinct_, Pinker cited the example of someone hearing "Look at the dog in the sky", and pointed out that one should not go home to the dictionary, look up "dog", and expect to find the definition "a cloud in the shape of a dog". There was even a deletion debate on Wiktionary a few years back over whether their entry [[die]] should include the meaning "to experience the death of one's video game character".
However, "blonde" is an established word in English, one a reader might look up in the English-Klingon section to find out how to say it. It would not be out of place in a Klingon dictionary.
