[Tlhingan-hol] grammatical constructions not in the main sources?

Depending on how you want this, there are different answers:

1. Unfortunately, it is unlikely we may ever have a new dictionary. 
Copyright reasons forbid us to create such a thing.

2. The Klingon Language Wiki's intention is to collect all kinds of 
grammatical explanations. You just need to search for them.

3. There are pages on the KLI's wiki broken down into the same sections 
the TKD uses.
