[Tlhingan-hol] Duolingo

A co-worker has an app on his phone called Duolingo for learning another language.  They offer several languages, and their list also includes mention of the languages that they are still working on, and their current status.
One of the languages still in the works is... Klingon; and they claim to be at 40% completed.

Does anyone here know anything about this?  Anybody here working on that project?
