Short answer:  Adverbials, time stamps and place stamps should go at the beginning of their clause, which is not necessarily the beginning of the sentence.  (There are one or two subtle variations, but you shouldn't confuse yourself with those now.)

Many, many years ago - IIRC late 1990/s? - I wrote an article for Joel Andersen's {qIb HeHDaq} newsletter which, unbeknownst to me, he put online.  See "Voragh's Notes on Klingon Cursing" at the qIb HeHDaq website which is now offline though the entire site is archived at http://www.reocities.com/athens/8853/).  If you can't find it, google the title; several people re-posted it on their fan sites.  Keep in mind that these are very rough, speculative notes which have NOT been kept up-to-date but they should give you a place to start.
