Two errors here.

1. -mo' is either a verb suffix or a noun suffix, but it has to be on the
correct word. If you are saying "because of the <noun>" put it on the noun.
If you are saying "because <action>" put it on the verb. The exception in
TKD 4.4 applies, of course.

2. OVS

QIp Ha'DIbaH = the dog is stupid
Ha'DIbaH QIp = the stupid dog 

QIpmo' Ha'DIbaH = because the dog is stupid
Ha'DIbaH QIpmo' = because of the stupid dog
Ha'DIbaH QIpmo' = it is stupid because of the dog
