Not exactly. The suffix {-Hom} is a dimunutive, but that doesn't
simply mean it makes the noun "little". It makes it less important or
perhaps subordinate. Lacking context, the typical translation of
{tIqHom} would be "minor heart". Perhaps "lesser heart" could be a
reasonable translation too.

The human body has a pair of muscles sometimes called the "second
heart". I would be perfectly comfortable calling them {tIqHomDu'} even
if they were larger than the true heart muscle.


Anyway, the explanation accompanying the source image says it's two
words. Translating them as a single word doesn't seem helpful here.
