{tu'lu'} is a set form. It's used even when referring to a plural object.

It's an indication that you're thinking in English (or some other
language) rather than Klingon when you write "It is an [adjective]
[noun]" as {noun adjective 'oH} as opposed to {adjective-verb noun}.
