:-) I am somewhat tempted to humor here: my Klingon to English analyzer which I wrote, interprets {paQ DI' norgh} as:

# paQ :: no meaning, but similar to paq = book
# DI' :: VS9:[as_soon_as|when]
# norgh :: N:animal_norg(like_shark)

so: accumulation of knowledge accumulates books and periodicals, which like a norgh or shark eat up library shelf space with dusty volumes, as I have seen in university libraries over many years. :-)
