[Tlhingan-hol] how did Okrand choose which words to create ?

out of curiosity..


1. does all this mean that Okrand is not creating any more new canon words
? or at least regularly ?
2. does the KLI have an active relation with Okrand ? and if it does,does
it ask for new vocabulary ?
3. vocabulary aside,does Okrand add new info about Klingon grammar ?
