[Tlhingan-hol] Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country Klingon Dialogue

I would have said jIH, tlhIngan Hol ja’chuqlaHghach je nuchev loghqammey’e’.  (Although I doubt it would have popped fluently out of my mouth in conversation, without significant cause for calculation).  Is there canon for the way you chose?  It took me a couple of reads to understand.
