I don't believe it is. I think we'd more likely hear something like:

HIvje' vIlo' jItlhutlhtaHvIS
While drinking, I use a cup

Others will probably have better suggestions.

And to follow up on your second question, I don't think {-Daq} works either:

HIvje'Daq jItlhutlh
In/at/on a cup, I drink
