But you WOULD say {Qo'noS Hol} to describe the language spoken on 
Kronos, perhaps to distinguish it from the way they speak on some other 
planet of the Empire.

{Qo'noS Hol} is another instance of the first noun modifying the second 
noun in a normal genitive relationship.
