[Tlhingan-hol] KGT grammar

Suppose there is someone,who wishes to go through the ENTIRE canon klingon
grammar once,and then proceed by reviewing it again and again,in order to
learn it.

This someone has gone through TKD once. Can he start reviewing it again,or
should he proceed by studying the KGT and *then* start his review ?

Does TKD contain the 100% of klingon grammar,or is there any NEW grammar
(even a 5%) in KGT ?
