[Tlhingan-hol] Propellers and rotors; animals

The meanings that my list has for {Ha'DIbaH} are: meat, animal, dog, cur, inferior_person. Which of these meanings should instead be translated as {HaDIbaH}?
I was in this group from July 1996, and back then, {jabbI'ID} was the usual word for "email essage". When was the word {QIn} revealed?

I’m pretty sure that Valkris used the word {jabbI’ID} in ST3. I think it was the Klingon word created to fit her lip movements as she said the English word “transmission” on camera and later dubbed it into Klingon under Okrand’s direction.
And for email message, I’ve much more commonly seen {QIn} used.
