[Tlhingan-hol] Klingon Word of the Day: 'utlh

Very strange.

This is obviously correct, but I had such clear memories of it meaning, “officer, retired honorably”. Yet there it is in my dictionary as simply “officer”. Any canon for the “retired” part?
