Does it mean the Klingon equivalent of meaning e.g. that in English "the fixed word sequence "if it ain’t broke don’t fix it." is valid, but that does not gIve permission to use "ain't" for "is not" or "broke" for "broken" elsewhere."?

How well does Bing cope with languages with case endings? I have had some strange results with asking Google autotranslater to translate from English into Latin.
