If the qep’a’ happens in Chicago and the date is good, are you likely to attend?  The meeting will begin on a Thursday and end on a Saturday.  Most attendees will arrive on Wednesday and depart on Sunday.  If you are likely to attend, let me know which weeks in July are good and which are bad for you.  I cannot accommodate everyone, but these data will help.
