It should be {Qob lIb bobam SoH chuDlI' je} (with the prefix {bo-}
"you (pl.)-it").

My theory is that Marc Okrand confused {lI-} ("it-you (pl.)") with
{bo-}, i.e., writing {lIbam} when he meant {bobam}, then invented
{lIb} to cover up the mistake.
