I'd gotten it into my head that you were talking about the Bing translator
or some kind of electronic dictionary. I thought you were saying, "As
'highly charged shock' is produced [by Bing/your dictionary] when {'ul
law'} is translated, I want to add it to my [Bing's or your device's]
dictionary."

That's just the veqlargh messing with me.
