[Tlhingan-hol] Is there a different word for "feel", for passive feeling?

To explain what I mean: the word "Hot" seems to mean "feel, as in touch something to know it".
What I'm looking for is "feel, as in know that something happens without specifying the method of interaction".
The way you feel the heat on your skin for example.
