In The Klingon Dictionary, Section 5.2, the Klingon numbers are
enumerated as follows:
1, 2, 3;
3+1, 3+2, 3+3;
2*3+1, 2*3+2, 2*3+3;
3*3+1, 3*3+2, 3*3+3; etc.
