This is quite a long hunt for beginners, but once you get the overview,
you'll see it's not to much.

Step one: you only need TKD to start

next level:

find a list of books here:
http://www.qephom.de/e/books.html

http://www.klingonska.org
Home of Klingonska Akademien: This page contains the largest known
archive of Okrandian canon, plus lots of information about Klingon. Many
parts are in swedish, but most of it is also available in English.

List of new canonical words on the KLI-page
http://www.kli.org/tlh/newwords.html
All the new words that appeared after TKD and KGT are listed on this
page. The latest new word is of 2005. This list is continued on the next
listed link:
http://www.qephom.de/e/newwords.html
This page lists all the new words following the KLI's list that stops in
2005.

With those above mentioned websites and books, you'll get nearly 98% of
what you need to learn Klingon. On the way to learning all that Klingon,
you will find out where the other 2% are hidden.

highest level:
big parts of those mentioned 2% are hidden in the KLI wiki, which has
been ported to http://wiki.qepHom.de

That wiki also contains ter'eS Klingon Grammar Addendum, a list of
additional grammatical information:
http://wiki.qephom.de/En/KlingonGrammarAddendum

--------------
Of course there are several other pages to be recommended, but that
would make the list too long.
