[Tlhingan-hol] qep'a' Proverbs

For many years, the tlhIngan-Hol-mailing list has been the primary 
source to stay up to date with new words and other information about 
Klingon.

This obviously has shifted to facebook. Lawrence Schoen, the director of 
the KLI, has posted today the recently announced new Klingon proverbs 
(July 27):

Earlier today at the qep'a', Marc Okrand revealed two new Klingon 
proverbs (one Replacement Proverb and one Secrecy Proverb).

Dozens of possible proverbs were submitted for consideration earlier in 
the conference. Yesterday, a team of five grammarians narrowed the 
offerings down to two sets of five proverbs. These ten were then taken 
by Dr. Okrand who contacted his linguistic informant, Maltz, who helped 
to identify which of them he had actually heard used back on Qo'noS.

And so we had our winners!
