[Tlhingan-hol] Star Trek Online "Klingon" puzzle

Does anyone play STO? Apparently, there was a "Klingon language"
puzzle that players were supposed to translate.

Here's the "clue":

It says: {QaQ ta'pu' mach wa'}.

The "answer", I am told, was "Well done, little one".

*sigh*

(I suppose it's too much to hope that someone here knows someone who
works on the game and can offer KLI's help to them?)
