[Tlhingan-hol] Klingon Word of the Day: Say'qu'moH

Am I correct in supposing {Say'qu'moH} is not a verb in its own right but
merely a form of {Say'}; that is, *Say'qu'moHnIS* /need to sterilize/ isn't
allowed? This grammatical limitation on such verbs as {Say'qu'moH} seems to
make them unwieldy for English speakers accustomed to circumlocution, but a
Klingon doctor needing a sterile knife might simply say "taj DaSay'qu'moH"
or "taj Say'qu' vIneH" and not discuss the fact that he needs it.

But how many verbs exist like {lo'laH}, which I understand is treated like
any monosyllabic verb and can Type 1 through 5 prefixes after the "laH" (so
one could say "lo'laHchoH" /become valuable/)?
