In paq'batlh, {joq} is used to refer to the beating of hearts:

=======================
Suto'vo'qor botlhDaq
pe'vIl joqchu'taH
quvbogh 'ej valbogh tIqDu' tIQ
=======================
SIqral bIQtIqDaq
joqtaHbogh molor tIqDu’ qem qeylIS
bIQ DoqDaq tlhabmoH
=======================

So, "my heart beats only for you" could perhaps be translated with {tIqwIj DajoqmoH SoH neH}.

Subject: [Tlhingan-hol] wedding vows - heartbeat?

Someone's looking for help translating their wedding vows:
http://www.klingon.org/smboard/index.php?topic=2273.0

I was a bit stuck for "beat" (in the sense of having a heartbeat).
{moq} doesn't quite work here, since it's transitive and it means "to
hit something". Or does it? Would you understand {tIqwIj vImoqtaH} or
{tIqwIj moqlu'taH}?

I went with {QomtaH tIqwIj} but would like to hear some alternatives.
