[Tlhingan-hol] Direction and Movement with respect to Klin Zha

Very easy to fix ... all the other language pages define the background and font as:
<BODY BACKGROUND="../pics/back6.gif" TEXT="#FFFFFF" LINK="#7377FF" VLINK="#73C6FF" ALINK="#BFBFBF">

But the Klingon page defines them as:
<BODY BACKGROUND="../icons/back6.gif" TEXT="#FFFFFF" LINK="#7377FF" VLINK="#73C6FF" ALINK="#BFBFBF">

The white font works OK, but only on a colored background, which this page doesn't have because of the bad background link, as Lieven pointed out.
