So definitely not {Qel}, more like Doctor as applied to a PhD. {ghojmoHwI'} might be too limiting. {vuywI'} conveys the supporting role to the church. Maybe {DevwI'} for the leadership role, or {DevwI''a'} to set him above other church leaders.
