Based on the {qawmoH} example, {tuQmoH} and {tuQHa'moH} would work like this:

{Ha'quj tuQ wo'rIv} Worf wears a sash
{wo'rIvvaD Ha'quj tuQmoH martaq} Martok puts a sash on Worf

I'll leave the sentence involving "Martok", "undress", and "Worf" as
an exercise.
