Qay'wI' little (fifth) toe: this little piggy CRIED

and I think the "wee, wee, wee" part of the rhyme applies to all the toes, which all end in {-wI'}.

Your piggies are a little confused.  It is the fifth piggie that cries (Qay) all the way home.  The fourth only has none (as opposed to the third which had roast beef - roS).
