[Tlhingan-hol] yet another Terran word of Klingon origin

Today I learned that the Chinese dish BBQ pork (叉燒, often Anglicised
as "char siu") is a dish of Klingon origin. It comes from the phrase
{char Suy'}, "the shooey is slimy", where of course a {Suy'} is a
Klingon animal which faintly resembles a Terran pig.

In adapting the dish, the Terrans have not only replaced the Klingon
animal with the much milder Terran version, they have also burnt the
meat!
