It's worth noting that "A Good Day to Die" was not vetted by Okrand (according to DeCandido on Twitter: https://twitter.com/#!/KRADeC/status/91641513691459584 ), and I don't believe *taqnar* has actually appeared in any canonical source.

The most recent mu' chu', I believe, is «jentu'» (a flightless aquatic bird), along with «tera' jentu'» ("Terran jentu'", or "penguin"), reported by a personal friend of Marc Okrand on Twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/pduff1964/status/366399958833827841?screen_name=pduff1964
