I don't think that {'aplo'} is really a subset of {ngaSwI'}. Like {qoSta'}, the impression I have of {'aplo'} is that it's more about form than function. I have it glossed in my head as "rectangular prism", or more simply "box". The contents of {'ul 'aplo'mey} "batteries" and {wab qoSta' 'aplo'} "cassette" have nothing in common, so I doubt very much that that's the relevant feature linking them together.

Similarly, I doubt that {vey} is a subset of {ngaSwI'}. {vey} is more a "set", a conglomeration of objects that has a specific and finite boundary and a common feature or purpose relating them. A deck of cards, for instance, is a {vey} ({wa' tlhIngan QaS vey} "one pack of Klingon forces", from MKE). So is the set of paraphernalia included in a board game ({veymey puS neH chenmoHlu'pu'} "Limited Edition" - literally "only a few sets has [sic] been made").
