[Tlhingan-hol] Mangling Klingon to make it sortable

Only in that the unicode values for the characters in the pIqaD font were assigned in Romanized alphabet order...

My only point for bringing this up is that we have assumptions about the correct Klingon way to do something that are based directly on the human way of doing them. 

And that always irritates me :)
