[Tlhingan-hol] Internode Klingon promo

They continue to tweak and improve the page.  They fixed the <Q>s.  It appears that, because they have also used <bang> as a verb in the TV and radio ads, they are going to stick with it.  However, an extra space has entered into the sentence on the promo page and (imagining an missing word initial <'>) it appears to say, "Make war.  He won't show the vent."
